Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
(this does not affect data going to prometheus; it uses milliseconds since the epoch)
The timezone for logging should be clarified.
And the timezone should probably be made configurable.
